Rubber Bones

Ok...so yesterday wasn't soooo bad !! I made it all day without eating anything I shouldn't or should I say couldn't lol. After 10pm last night I was starving...so I ate 5 green olives (approved Atkins snack) and a glass of water and went to bed. Today I woke up and around 6:45am popped in the 30 day Shred. HOLY MOLY..Jillian Michaels (from Biggest Loser) is NO JOKE !! 30 Day Shred has 3 levels, I of course started level 1 today. I decided to do each level for 10 days. I definately felt like I got a good workout. My body was shaking and felt like rubber once I finished lol !! I have my meals planned for the day, which is usually the best plan for me to stay on track.

Other than the diet and exercise consuming my life the last two days, not much else new. I will probably write about more things sometime. One thing to add, I don't think my hubby is gonna last...let's just say his first day wasn't as good as mine !!
