Well the week is almost over, and I am feeling better than ever (when it comes to energy that is). I think the diet and exercise is for sure helping me not feel so sluggish. I have lost 7.5 lbs as of today..I know that is alot in one week, but I am sure some of that was water weight. I am still doing The Shred, and it's getting a little easier to keep up (I'm still no Jillian Michaels lol).
Today, I am going to my friend Michelle's house for scrapbooking girl time :) I haven't worked on the scrapbooking in years, so I am WAY BEHIND !!!
Tomorrow, I am going out to lunch with a friend that I haven't seen since High School, so I am super excited about that. Her and I were best friends for about 3 years and then after High School, we lost touch. I will for sure be making a good choice of what to eat at lunch also, I don't wanna fall off the wagon lol. I know I can treat myself sometimes...but I wanna wait for at least the 2 week mark for that !!
